This is my very first post on my new blog which I'm dedicating to working in the home which I would think is everyone's dream in the modern world.
I bet everyone reading this probably remembers growing up when life seemed to be a bit slower. Maybe having your mom at home while your dad work to bring home the bacon and having all you needed. That has all changed today. Most kids are raised by babysitters or the school system and we wonder why we have so many problems with our youth today.
It's hard to live a decent life and not have two parents out of the home to accomplish this. Untile now there are lots of people working in the home at a home base business and many are surpassing their income they had while they were working a 9 to 5.
I decided to create this blog to reveal the many different ways that people can work in the home and not have to deal with the hassle of doing a 9 to 5 job everyday.
What are the advantages of working in the home well the obvious is that you are in the comfort of your own home and can tend to the regular things that have to be taken care of at home. Actually see your kids off to school, maybe do a load of laundry and prepare a real meal for that evening instead of eating out all the time. There are so many advantages to working in the home if you can especially if you have a family.
There are many different ways to earn an income from home but I want to talk about the one that I think is the best way and has the cheapest start up cost and that is Affiliate Marketing. Affiliate Marketing, don't let that big word scare you or make you think that there is allot of selling you have to do.
What is Affiliate Marketing well to put it in simple terms Affiliate Marketing is when you reffer people to merchants and you earn a commission on the sale if they buy the product you reffered to them. How does that happen? Well what happens is if a person uses your link which is provided to you from the merchant you are an affiliate for it leaves a cookie on their computer which tells the merchant that they used your link to go to their site to make the purchas. I know it sounds a little complicated but it's really not.
Why do Affiliate Marketing? Well for starters its not going to cost you a arm and a leg to start up infact it might not cost you anything to get started depending which route you go. To join affiliate programs with merchant is free so there is no cost to you there.
Is there any real money to be made at Affiliate Marketing? Yes there is allot of money to be made when you become an affiliate there are lots of people making enough money at this to quit their 9 to 5 jobs and do it full time. There are just too many examples of people to tell you about but I do want to tell you about my favorite.
She is the reason why I got involved with it after reading her book How I Made $436,797 in One Year Selling Other People's Stuff Online by Rosalind Gardner. This is a truely inspiring book to read and she gives you the inside scoope on how to become a sucessful Affiliate Marketer. If you really want to learn what affiliate marketing is then from someone who has done it and has been very sucessfull at it. I would highly recommend this book to get you started.
